1954 - Diffee is Founded as a Used Car Lot on Route 66 in Bethany, OK
Founded by John Diffee, our dealership’s humble beginning was predicated on one simple philosophy: we treat people the right way. The family built an early foundation of trust and relationships in the community through hard work, honesty, and an uncompromising customer-first mindset.
1971 - The Dealership Expands to a Larger Lot
John continued growing the business alongside his son Victor, who sold his first car at just 16 years old. Diffee gained a strong reputation throughout OKC for clean, high-quality used cars, with success owing to strong community trust and word-of-mouth endorsement.
1991 - Diffee Relocates Once Again
With business still growing, the family purchased and relocated to what became Diffee Ford Lincoln Mercury in El Reno. Diffee still calls that lot off I-40 and Highway 81 home, even to this day.
Present Day
Today, a new generation of the Diffee family continues to serve El Reno and the Greater OKC area with stellar customer service and continued support after each sale. We now carry a wide selection of new and high-quality pre-owned Ford and Lincoln vehicles, and we’re ready to help every customer find their dream car.
Meet the Family
Today, the family legacy is carried on through our co-owners; Victor’s sons, Court and Laine Diffee, and his son-in-law Tod Mosshart. Many of Victor’s grandchildren, including Chandler, Conner, Gann, Josh, and Clint also work at the dealership and help provide the fantastic customer experience Diffee has been known for since the very beginning.
